Retirement Replaced is an online community and educational platform designed to help professionals aged 45 and older explore and build alternative income streams. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Community Membership

A. Membership Tiers

Retirement Replaced offers the following membership tiers on the Skool platform:

•        Standard (Free): Access to community posts, bi-monthly workshops, and basic community resources

•        Premium: Monthly subscription granting access to courses, workshops, replays, and additional resources. Founding member rates are locked permanently at the rate at which you joined.

•        VIP: Includes all Premium benefits plus monthly one-on-one calls and direct access.

B. Membership Conduct

By joining our community, you agree to:

•        Treat all members and facilitators with respect

•        Refrain from spam, solicitation, or self-promotion without prior permission

•        Not share paid content outside the community

•        Not harass, threaten, or demean other members

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community standards without refund.

C. Pricing Changes

Membership pricing is subject to increase as the community grows. Founding members are locked at their original rate permanently, provided their membership remains active and in good standing.

Please review the refund eligibility for each product or service carefully before purchasing.

The Income Stream Starter Kit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

All Other Products and Services — No Refund Policy

Unless a refund policy is explicitly stated on the product or sales page at the time of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

•        Monthly and annual membership subscriptions (Standard, Premium, VIP)

•        Workshop replays and digital course content

•        Template bundles and resource collections

•        Expert sessions and recorded trainings

•        Any other product or service not expressly covered by a stated refund policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable refund policy.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other designated payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected membership tier or product. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Retirement Replaced community and associated platforms — including videos, written materials, assessments, templates, graphics, and branding — is owned by Retirement Replaced or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Retirement Replaced does not guarantee any specific income results, financial outcomes, or business success from participation in our community or use of our content. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retirement Replaced, its owners, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing in our community, classrooms, workshops, expert sessions, or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is educational in nature. Jennifer's husband's participation as a tax strategist within the community does not create a professional advisor-client relationship with any community member.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always consult qualified professionals before taking any financial action.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Content

Our community operates on the Skool platform and integrates with third-party tools including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Zapier. We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or availability of third-party platforms. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other members, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Retirement Replaced is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
